If you are a short girl who doesn’t fit into the thin criteria you are probably struggling like me to find a pair of nice jeans that fits. Finding jeans for Petite girls can be very difficult.

I struggle with wanting to keep up with the trend but things like boyfriend and mom jeans just look plain unflattering on me. I have tried hundreds of jeans to see what looks good and I am here to help you so you don’t have to try that many jeans.

Finding Jeans for Petite girls Advice

Go high waisted

Whatever Gen Z says with these medium-waisted and low-waisted jeans millennials know that high-waisted jeans are the most flattering. They make me feel more confident and suck everything in just the way I like it. On the other hand, low-waisted jeans just have my but crack showing and me feeling uncomfortable.

Skip the mom jeans

Yes, mom jeans look great on some people but for petite people, they can just end up making you look shorter. I have tried to look good in mom jeans multiple times and well it just doesn’t work for me.

Flares are in style

You can look good in the high-waisted 90s flare. After trying out many jeans I realized these were the ones that I looked good in. Find them on the American eagle website and be sure to go for the ones that are high waisted. No jeans have fit me better than this. I can keep up with the trends!

Go for the cropped jeans

If you choose cropped jeans they will be your height if you are short. So go for that as a choice.

Cut your jeans

Places like Uniqlo offer the option that you can get your jeans cut so try places with that option. There is nothing like a pair of jeans that are made for you.

Yes, you can still wear these. You know at the end of the day these are the most flattering jeans and that’s why they have been in style forever. We have lived through all the jeans styles and there is a reason why skinny jeans stuck for so many years.
