How to make that golden milk at home?

Yeah, you might have heard of turmeric latte but it’s really just what brown folks call Haldi Doodh (Turmeric Milk/Golden Milk). It is very simple and it’s an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory it’s basically the healer of all healers. It’s what brown people have when they feel pain, if they feel their throat ache or feel weak. It is for everything! It’s a miracle potion. I’m willing to let you in our secret on some golden milk.

Ingredients for Golden Milk

¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (you can put half if you like)

1 teaspoon honey (this can also be adjusted to your liking)

½ cup milk (if you want more adjust the recipe accordingly)

Sprinkle some black pepper on top once it is ready (this activates the turmeric)

Directions

Heat the milk, turmeric and honey in the pot once you seem some steam coming out of the milk you can pour it into a cup.

You can add some water to the recipe if you don’t want to have that much milk. You can also use any kind of milk you like.

Alternatives

If you don’t want to have milk but you still want to have a drink with turmeric I also drink ¼ teaspoon turmeric, ¼ teaspoon ginger powder, hot water and lemon every day. This has the same natural benefits without having the milk.

If you don’t want to have a drink at all but want the benefits of turmeric you can also get a capsule and eat one everyday when you have your vitamins.
