Reasons it is okay to ask a guy out

It shows you are confident

It shows you know what you want and are willing to go for it. There are guys out there that find that sexy. They want you to be able to be who you are. I have asked multiple guys what they find attractive and I have heard the answer ‘confidence’ a lot. What is more confident than asking someone out?

You don’t need to spend so much time texting

online dating texting

If you don’t like texting for weeks and months then you don’t have to. You can meet up and find out if you are actually interested in the person. Instead of investing time and then meeting him and realizing that you don’t like him at all.

Texting can get boring. You might get uninterested if you text too long and it can happen with the other person too. That’s why in non-pandemic time I just like meeting as soon as possible.

It doesn’t show you are too fast or looking for a hookup

Some people think that if you meet too fast or ask to meet it gives the wrong impression. You can be clear of your intention by asking them what they are looking for and then deciding whether to meet. I ask guys what they are looking for and make it clear that I am not interested in a hook up. You can do the same.

You are doing him a favour

Guys are unsure themselves whether you will find it too fast and say no. So they try to text for longer. If you ask him he might actually feel a sense of relief. I have asked guys out and they have actually been happy that I did because I took the pressure of them having to figure out if I was ready yet.

Feel Empowered

Taking the power in your hand can be feel amazing. Asking a guy out does exactly that. You will feel great for making the decision yourself. So take the control and ask him out!

How to ask a guy out

It is as simple as saying do you want to go on a date with me. If you don’t want to be blatant you can say oh I don’t like texting I prefer meeting people in person. This way you haven’t asked directly and you can leave the ball in his court. I am more a let’s get this task done so I go ahead and ask do you want to meet. Or suggest a fun date say I am thinking of going checking this out do you want to join.

You got this girl! He is talking to you to and it’s for a reason. If the reason is to waste your time then you’ll find out. Meet him and move onto the next step.
