Ice skating
Nathan Phillips is still bustling with people and ice skating rinks have become the new hangout. Why not make it where you go on a date. Ice skating is a super cute date! If you don’t know how to skate your date can teach you. It is the perfect excuse to hold hands for the first time!
Heated Patio
There are tons of heated patios open downtown! Why not hit School for some brunch. Other places with Heated patios include:

Skiing
Why not make it an adventure and head out to Blue Mountain to do some skiing? Not up for that you can instead just go to a small hill and do tobogganing. You will be surprised where all you can Toboggan
Mall
It is cold outside and not all of us enjoy the great outdoors. Walk in the mall instead. I used to find it weird that people went to the mall to walk but you got to make most of the situation we have at hand. Pick up some coffee and walk around. You might have to wear a mask the whole time as you are in a mall but you can check out some cool stores or sit on a bench and get to know each other.
You can go to a Mall near you or go for adventure and meet at a mall you both haven’t been to before. Yorkdale, Fairview, Markville, Eaton, Scarborough Town Centre all make for great mall dates (never thought I would say that).
Video Call Dates
Not comfortable meeting someone new at this time that is perfectly okay. Do what you are comfortable with and feel safe. You can set your boundaries. Only go on a date if you are comfortable. You can have a video call if you don’t want to meet someone in person yet.
