Gently nudging the person or poking them can also cause them to shift and stop them from snoring. This again is something I have tried and tested. A gentle pat can do the work without the person even knowing that you were trying to stop them from snoring. You will not be waking them up.

These are only remedies to stop someone from snoring for 15-30 minutes. When they do go back into deep sleep they will snore again.

Another thing to know is that you are technically disturbing their sleep so this should only be applied in some situations. Don’t start doing this everyday.
